Semi-Private Pilates sessions are for clients who have completed 5-10 sessions and are ready for small groups. Once your body has adapted to the exercise and you've become familiar with the pilates equipment, it's a great time to workout with a friend.
After 20 Pilates Sessions, your body will become more toned and tightened. You will feel stronger, become more balanced, and have improved flexiblity and mobility.
