Hi, I'm Darian, a mother to four, a wife, and a lover of life. I've been a gym goer since high school and first stepped into a dance studio at the age of five, where I began to take tap, gymnastics, and then jazz. I've worked with hundreds of women and teens to achieve better health and wellness through a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle. My guidance has helped women learn how to set boundaries with food, establish better relationships build confidence, and inspire action and lasting change for the past ten years. I blend my love for movement and mission to motivate others to go after what they want in a fun, safe, and healthy space at Studio D, my countryside Pilates and fitness studio.
I meet clients where they are, love working with beginner clients and those new to Pilates. My teaching style is energetic, motivating, flowing, and fun. My fitness training, Pilates education, and health coaching give clients extra satisfaction knowing that I'm more a whole package deal in the world of holistic wellness. I enjoy teaching mobility, balance, and proper form and technique to stay young and fit.
My education from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, The National Personal Training Institute of Columbus, Ohio, and continual pilates training with Power Pilates and Balanced Body keep me in the know of health and fitness. I've also had the privilege and pleasure to observe and learn at workshops with Kathryn Ross-Nash, and Lolita San Miquel.🤓

How long is your session
Semi-Private Pilates sessions are for clients who have completed 5-10 sessions and are ready for small groups. Once your body has adapted to the exercises and you've become familiar with the pilates equipment, it's a great time to work out with a few friends.
*Limited to 2 people in a private session.
