
Hi, I'm Darian, a mother to four, a wife, and a lover of life. I've been a gym-goer since high school and first stepped into a dance studio at the age of five, where I began taking tap, gymnastics, and then jazz. I've worked with hundreds of women and teens to achieve better health and wellness through a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle. My guidance has helped women learn how to set boundaries with food, establish better relationships, build confidence, and inspire action for lasting change.
I blend my love for somatic movement, holistic health coaching, and heart for helping others to create engaging, uplifting,g and personalized sessions.
I meet clients where they are, and enjoy working with those new to Pilates- and have worked with children to the age of 75, but prefer those who are ready to learn something new, and enjoy the process. My teaching style is energetic, motivating, flowing, and fun. My fitness training, Pilates education, health coaching, and even my background in interviewing give clients extra satisfaction, knowing that I'm more of a whole package deal in the world of holistic wellness. I enjoy teaching mobility, balance, and proper form and technique to stay young and fit.
My education from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, The National Personal Training Institute of Columbus, Ohio, and continual Pilates training with Power Pilates and Balanced Body keep me up to date on health and fitness.
Pilates has been around since the 1920s and was created by Joseph Pilates. It was created to strengthen the mind and body.
Pilates can be modified for beginner to advanced clients.

How long is your session

Semi-Private Pilates sessions are for clients who have completed 5-10 sessions and are ready for small groups. Once your body has adapted to the exercises and you've become familiar with the pilates equipment, it's a great time to work out with a few friends.
*Limited to two people in a private session.
*Classes are subject to change. Please consult with your family physician before adding any new exercise routine.
