Darian Rowles

Darian is a mother to four, a wife, and a lover of life; she has been a gym goer since high school and first stepped into a dance studio at the age of five, where she began to take tap, gymnastics, and then jazz. She has been a fitness enthusiast since high school and later as a mother. She has been health coaching and has worked with hundreds of women and teens to achieve better health,  set boundaries with food and relationships, and build confidence by sharing simple, creative steps to inspire action and lasting change for the past ten years. She blends her love for movement and mission to motivate others to go after what they want in a fun, safe, and healthy space at Studio D, her countryside Pilates and fitness studio.


Darian loves working with beginner clients and those new to Pilates. Her teaching style is energetic, motivating, flowing, and fun. 

Her studies include certifications for health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Certified Personal Training through the National Personal Training Institute of Columbus Ohio, pilates training with Power pilates, Balanced Body, Kathryn Ross- Nash, and Lolita San Miquel. contemporary education yearly through Balanced Body, and Wellness Forum Health.

What is pilates?

Pilates is one of the best forms of fitness.

Pilates has been around since the 1920s and was created by Joseph Pilates. It was created to strengthen the mind and body.

What to expect with your Pilates session, *please read before beginning your first day.


What to bring 

  • Waivers and questionnaire -you can complete online
  • Toesox + water are available to purchase if you forget
  • A smile because it's fun and rejuvenating
  • A hair tie, your locks, could get in the way


What to leave at home

  • Loose-fitting clothing, it's safer.
  • Jewelry could tear equipment and cause distractions
  • Dirty shoes, clients love a clean space


How long is your session

  • Expect 50 -55 minutes
  • Shorter if needed, have to do what you have to do

Semi-Private Sessions


Semi-Private Pilates sessions are for clients who have completed 5-10 sessions and are ready for small groups. Once your body has adapted to the exercises and you've become familiar with the pilates equipment, it's a great time to work out with a few friends.
