Studio D is a private studio established in 2015 that offers Pilates and Personal Training. Owner, Darian Rowles is a Certified Advanced Pilates Instructor, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. She has helped clients lose weight, gain confidence, and improve overall fitness with a fun unique approach.
Your first 5-10 sessions will allow you to learn the Pilates exercises, the safety of equipment and to prepare for small classes.
Semi Private Pilates sessions are for clients who have completed 5-10 sessions and are ready for groups.
After 20 Pilates Sessions, your body will become more toned and tightened. You will feel stronger, become more balanced, and have improved flexiblity and mobility.
